We’ve been working with Sophie ever since we opened at Pigs, and it is her beautiful cut flowers from her small flower farm in Brightwell that adorn our tables. So, join us this festive season for a special wreath making masterclass. Sophie will instruct how to make a gorgeous festive wreath, using many foraged and wild foliage, and we will be providing a special two-course supper, as well as a welcome cocktail on arrival.

Jerusalem artichoke & Sinodun Hill mousse with hazelnuts (v) (v+ avail) (n)
