Join us over the weekend of the 29/30th March as we continue our new annual tradition of inviting you on our wild garlic walk. We take you to our favourite wild garlic picking location, and explain more about how best to forage, cook and preserve the pungent green, as well as pointing out other springtime wild ingredients.
This year, we’re offering two wild garlic walks. One on the Saturday evening, with an arancini and wild garlic martini, and one on Sunday morning with bacon roll and wild garlic Bloody Mary.
For Saturday 29th March, we’ll meet at 5pm and the event will run through to about 7.30pm.
For Sunday 30th March, we’ll meet at 9am and will run through to about 11am.
