As we celebrate the arrival of Spring, we are delighted to be hosting a collaborative event with (in our opinion), Oxfordshire’s most dynamic and inventive female chef. Georgia Gallacher runs Table 13, a pop-up restaurant from her home in Wheatley. Offering a shared table, tasting menu experience, Georgia’s food is, like ours, seasonal and local. However, Georgia believes in a plant-based approach and her menus showcase the variety of dishes that you can create with vegetables and fruit, without the reliance on meat and other animal products. As the days lengthen and spring unfurls, we thought now is the perfect time for us to work together.
On Monday 21st March, Georgia will be bringing her inventive approach to Wallingford for a special supper. You can see the full menu below and we promise you won’t have had food like this in Wallingford before.
